Kontakos learned how to cook from the chefs in Chicago when he was only 16. His training and natural talent allows him to create the recipes for each and every one of his menu items.

Steve Drivas Steve Drivas founded the Sunflower Café in 1999, with his brother Louie and nephew Nikos. He was a devoted chef and each meal he made was a masterpiece. Drivas was a hard worker and determined all his life. He spent many long nights and hard hours with his nephew to ensure that when they opened up Sunflower Café that it would be incredible. |
